Ability Physical Activity Affect the Brain

If your age is more than 40 years, normal if you start feeling often forget. For example, when entering a room, you often forget to do something. Or at some point, you also forgot to fulfill a promise to someone.
Forgot about that little something you should not have to fear. It may often happen because of stress or too much work. But often forget can also be something disturbing, especially if the situation gets worse.
That makes you have to keep trying to make the brain remains active. Activities such as filling in a crossword puzzle or reading a book can be trusted to make the brain's ability to stay well. But a new study states that there is something better than exercise "muscle" brain.
In a study published in the journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, researchers from the center of the development of advanced treatment of dementia in Japan found that people with a physical activity that is more active during the day are less likely to experience brain shrinkage in the frontal lobe. Frontal lobe has an important role in problem solving, personality, power analysis, and memory. So it is important here to do physical exercise as well as you do the exercise the brain.
In addition to exercise routines, here are some activities to do everyday to increase the number of servings your physical activity:
1. Always use the stairs. Although convenient to use the elevator, but it makes the reduced physical activity that can stimulate the body circulate more blood to the brain.
2. Parking your vehicle as far as you can. Most of us have a habit of parking in the closest place when visiting the office or shopping center. Start now to change this habit in order to increase your physical activity by walking more.
3. Plan to become more active. An evening walk while chatting with friends can be an option as evidenced by the presence of friends in the sport, you'll be more motivated.
