Most Men are reluctant to wear condoms because the greatness or smallness

Condoms are useful for protecting sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies. However, there are still many people who are reluctant to wear it for many reasons. One study found that the cause is quite funny, that does not fit their size.

Currently, there is a drastic increase in the number of HIV / AIDS among young heterosexuals and men who like to have multiple partners. Incessant campaigns condom use do not have much effect if the condom itself is not fit.

A study published the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior found many men who prefer not to wear a latex safety because the size of his penis is too big or too small for the size of all size condom.

"A client in HIV service agency may see a bowl full of condoms 'standard' and should ask whether they have other sizes. Swift action must be made to make a distinction between the person who will take the condoms with people who go home with nothing," said the researcher, Dr. Christian Grov as reported by Medical Daily, Friday (12/21/2012).

The study was conducted on 500 people gay or bisexual men who attend community events in New York City. The participants were asked about the suitability of an opinion on the size of the condom and the condom effect on the quality of sexual relationships.

The researchers found that nearly half of the respondents reported experiencing condom slippage during sex and then broken. To replace it, more than 60 percent of men admitted the difficulty to find a condom that fits.

In addition, the researchers saw a positive relationship between damage and selipnya condom during sex. The researchers then assumed that an ill-fitting condom size can make people forget or lazy then wear it.

These findings suggest that making condoms are one size only may increase the risk of sexually transmitted infections. Although condom manufacturers have started to sell contraceptives of various sizes, condoms are provided in clinics, bars and shops generally are one size, which is all size.

This study supports previous research in 2009 which found that men tend to be reluctant or negative view of the use of condoms when penis size larger or smaller than average.
