Lippi Denies Will Replace Mourinho

Guangzhou Evergrande coach, Marcello Lippi, has denied rumors that he will replace Jose Mourinho coached Real Madrid in January. Lippi insists will respect his contract with Guangzhou.

Speculation about the future of Mourinho as coach of Madrid rampant discussed. Less harmonious relationship with President Florentino Perez, create opportunities away from the Santiago Bernabeu Mourinho big enough. Plus, Madrid are now 16 points behind the league leaders while Barcelona.

"Joining Real Madrid according to Zinedine Zidane suggestions? Was not true. Was not because I do not like to be associated with a great club like Real Madrid. None of it was true," said Lippi.

"I read about Florentino Perez and Zidane in the newspaper. Yet, I still have a contract for another two years in Guangzhou. I feel happy in many aspects. Nothing happened. If there is, then I still have a contract," said Lippi.
