Selling Books Without Permission, Apple Fined IDR 1.6 Billion

Again Apple override copyright disputes. This time, a court in China asked the company legacy of Steve Jobs that pay compensation to the author of eight Chinese and two companies for violating their copyright.

"We are always updating our services to better assist content owners to protect their copyright," he added.

Remember? Earlier this year, the company is also facing a legal challenge from the Chinese company Proview. The company has a debt claim of copyright the name "iPad" in China market, having registered in 2000.

Apple says it has purchased the global rights for "iPad" from affiliates Proview in Taiwan for 55,000 U.S. dollars.

However, the Chinese company said that affiliates do not have the right to sell the iPad name in China, which is one of the Apple products market is growing rapidly.
