Samsung wants Ericsson locked Products

Rounding out the technology patent, this time accusing Samsung Electronics Ericsson patents allegedly violated and demanded a ban on the import and sale of the company's products in the United States.
In a lawsuit filed the electronics giant from South Korea on Friday (21/12/2012), Samsung accuses Ericsson has violated seven patents theirs.
The decision comes after Ericsson first asked the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) to halt the importation of products from Samsung for patent violation.
"We have had good intentions, expressing his desire to negotiate with Ericsson. Ericsson, but does not seem interested in further discussions with the issuing baseless claims that are being won in the courts," wrote Samsung Electronics, said in a statement, Reuters .
"Ericsson Samsung products infringing patents relating to telecommunications network equipment such as base stations," said Samsung.
